Once you’ve signed in, click on the question mark icon. You should see it in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select “Contact Support”
After clicking the question mark, select “Contact Support” from the dropdown menu. You’ll be directed to the support portal.
If you don’t see “Contact Support”
If you don’t see “Contact Support,” click the headset to the left of the question mark. Choose “Sign In” from the menu and then “Get Support.”
