SAP Concur partners with Amadeus for a seamless end-to-end travel experience

SAP Concur Team |

At SAP Concur, we understand the need to push the industry forward and advance the decade-long “retailing revolution.” Improved content is a key element in the new Concur Travel, where merchandising and retailing concepts will come to life with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) powered New Distribution Capability (NDC) solutions.

In an exciting step forward, SAP Concur have added Amadeus' NDC content to their existing NDC content base in the new Concur Travel, making Amadeus’ array of 27 globally NDC-activated carriers available to corporate customers. Now, business travellers using the new Concur Travel will benefit from an improved experience and greater flexibility in the booking management process while offering corporations an abundance of retail and merchandising options.

With travellers expecting more personalised content at their fingertips, SAP Concur’s partnership with Amadeus delivers what corporate travellers expect and want, offering a richer booking and flight management experience. Whether that’s seeing fare attributes at a glance, comparing seats or comparing travel options, new Concur Travel empowers business travellers, putting them in the driver's seat to better manage their booking on the go or at their desk.

For travel managers, SAP Concur’s partnership with Amadeus opens the door to additional key content. This translates to benefits like access to new offers including continuous pricing, ample retail and merchandising options, and budget flexibility for travellers, to name a few.

“Our integration of Amadeus’ NDC content and capabilities with new Concur Travel is a testament to SAP Concur’s commitment to enhancing the business travel experience with leading industry technology standards. With an abundance of retail and merchandising options through Amadeus, Concur Travel users will have greater flexibility and a richer, more personalised experience when planning for travel,” said Charlie Sultan, President of Concur Travel, SAP Concur.
